Ellen has worked for Vroon VanDenBerg since 2004. She enjoys doing the accounting and making sure the business side of VVDB runs smoothly. Ellen has been in the accounting field for more years than she cares to count working for large and small companies. She prefers the small companies. She entered the work force with a BA in Economics from Colorado College. After moving to Kansas City she received her MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC). Several years later her home state of Colorado beckoned her back and she has been living in the Denver area since 1996. Currently she lives in Lakewood with her 18-year old daughter and two crazy dogs. She enjoys practicing and learning about alternative and complimentary healing methods. She is a certified massage therapist and provides massage in her spare time.
