Welcome to The Coach Workshop. This program was created by the founder of MiiWrap – Dr. Jim Rast, the entire Vroon VDB team, and our incredible learning community. This workshop was designed to help you take the next step in your MiiWrap journey – not just as a practitioner, but as a coach guiding others.

Learning to be a MiiWrap coach means stepping into a new kind of leadership. You’ll learn how to support staff as they develop their MiiWrap skills, model the mindset in every interaction, and help create a culture of learning, trust, and high performance.

To complete this workshop, you’ll need:

• Access to this course (including a computer and internet access)
• A copy of the MiiWrap Coaching Manual (essential for completing the training)
• A certified MiiWrap process mentor to support your learning and debrief key experiences
• A smartphone, video camera, or other video device for recording and reviewing practice
• Curiosity, humility, and a commitment to helping others grow
