Darcie brings a wealth of experience to the field of human services, having dedicated 25 years to various roles, including 15 years in leadership positions. She is a credentialed Process Mentor, Trainer, and Coach with Vroon VDB and has been an integral part of the MiiWrap community. As one of the first individuals to be trained in the innovative Miiwrap model, she has played a role in shaping its development. Her contributions include editing the Foundations and Coaching Manual, ensuring that the materials are both comprehensive and accessible. Additionally, she serves on the MiiWrap Steering Committee, where she collaborates with other leaders to guide the strategic direction of Miiwrap.
Darcie’s true passion lies in connecting with people. She approaches life with curiosity and gratitude, firmly believing in fostering a learning culture, empowering individuals, and leading with integrity.

As a coach, I am committed to nurturing a growth mindset in all my staff and external partners. I believe in people’s abilities and that change is possible. Everyone has unique strengths and potential, and my role is to help them recognize and harness these qualities. By focusing on a strengths-based approach, I aim to build on what individuals do well and guide them where they see areas of growth. Meeting people where they are at is crucial. I understand that each person is on their own journey, with their own experiences and challenges. I tailor my coaching to fit their current situation, providing support and guidance that is relevant and actionable.
Being an active listener is at the heart of my coaching practice. I strive to create a safe and open environment where people feel heard and understood. This active listening helps me to better understand their needs and goals, and to provide more effective support and guidance.
Finally, I believe in the power of collaboration. Coaching is a partnership, and I work alongside people to co-create solutions and strategies. Together, we can achieve more than we could alone.
