Quote: Change happens when people feel seen, supported, and trusted to discover their own way forward.

Background

I bring a deep, practice-based understanding of Wraparound and MiiWrap that is rooted in real-world implementation, not theory alone. My work has focused on supporting teams, coaches, and leaders as they move from compliance-driven practice to values-aligned, family-centered work. I have extensive experience using Motivational Interviewing-informed strategies, facilitative coaching, and reflective supervision to strengthen fidelity, build confidence, and sustain change over time. I am especially committed to ensuring MiiWrap remains culturally responsive, relational, and practical – meeting peole where they are while holding the integrity of the model.

Where Do I Work?

I work best in settings that value relationship, reflection, and shared learning. I am available for:

  • Virtual or hybrid coaching
  • State, county, and community-based systems

I enjoy long-term partnerships where trust can develop, and teams have space to practice, reflect, and grow – not just “check the box.”

Types of Programs I Serve

I specialize in supporting MiiWrap implementation in:

  • MiiWrap and Wraparound care coordination programs
  • Behavioral health and mental health services
  • Child welfare involved and cross-system teams
  • Youth and family serving organizations
  • Rural and resource-limited communities

My work supports both frontline practice and system-level readiness, including coaches, supervisors, and leadership teams.

Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that sustainable change happens through connection, curiosity, and clarity. I approach coaching as a partnership– one that honors the expertise people already bring while gently challenging habits that no longer serve families or teams. I focus on strengths, reflective dialogue, and purposeful skill-building, helping practitioners translate MiiWrap principles into day-to-day practice. Above all, I strive to create spaces that feel safe, honest, and hopeful-where learning is expected, mistakes are part of growth, and progress is measured in meaningful, human-centered outcomes.

What It’s Like to Be Coached by Me

Being coached by me feels supportive, grounded, and practical. I create space for honest reflection while keeping the work focused and actionable. You can expect thoughtful questions, strengths-based feedback, and gentle accountability–always rooted in respect for your experience and the realities of your work, community, and culture. My goal is for you to leave coaching conversations feeling clearer, more confident, and better equipped to apply MiiWrap principles in ways that truly fit your community, agency, team, and the families you serve.
