Exploring MiiWrap Implementation

Every MiiWrap implementation is different.

Before any training or placement of support, we take time to understand your organization: what you’re working toward, what’s in place, and where the challenges are.

Most agencies begin by completing a short inquiry form so we can determine fit and recommend the right next step.

1. Start by telling us about your organization

The first step is a short inquiry form where we learn about your program, your goals, and your current challenges. This helps us understand what you’re trying to accomplish and whether MiiWrap is a strong fit for your setting.

2. We review your context and follow up

Once submitted, our team reviews your information and follows up within a few business days. This may include a brief conversation to better understand your needs and determine the most appropriate path forward. At this stage, we may recommend:

  • An implementation consultation
  • Direct engagement with a certified Process Mentor
  • Or additional planning before moving forward

3. We match you with the right support

If there is a strong fit for implementation, we will connect you with a certified MiiWrap Process Mentor whose experience aligns with your organization’s needs.

Process Mentors are experienced practitioners who support agencies through implementation, training, coaching, and system development. Agencies are matched based on readiness, scope, and fit.

4. Implementation and capacity building

Depending on your needs, support may include:

  • Staff training and certification
  • Coaching and implementation support
  • Leadership development
  • System design and fidelity support
  • Ongoing outcomes tracking and improvement

The goal is not just training, but building durable systems that can sustain MiiWrap over time.

What is a MiiWrap Process Mentor?

Certified MiiWrap Process Mentors (PMs) are experienced implementation specialists who support agencies in training, coaching, and system development as they implement MiiWrap.

PMs work directly with organizations to help translate the model into practice. This includes supporting staff development, guiding implementation decisions, strengthening fidelity, and helping build the internal systems needed for MiiWrap to be sustained over time.

They function as consultants, trainers, and coaches throughout the implementation process, working alongside agencies to strengthen how services are delivered and improve outcomes for the people they serve.

As agencies mature in their implementation, many choose to develop internal capacity by certifying staff as Process Mentors to support long-term sustainability and reduce reliance on external support.
