Background
I bring 17 years of experience in delivering and supervising child protection services for Hennepin County in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Five years ago, I transitioned into children’s mental health case management, where I played a key role in advancing innovative practices. During this time, Hennepin County partnered with Vroon to implement the Miiwrap model, and I became deeply involved in this transformation. In 2023, I earned certification as a Miiwrap Coach, enabling me to train and certify care coordinators in evidence-based practices. Building on that foundation, I achieved Miiwrap Process Mentor Certification in 2025, further strengthening my ability to lead and expand Miiwrap implementation across Hennepin County teams. My work reflects a commitment to improving outcomes for children and families through collaborative, strengths-based approaches.
Coaching Philosophy
As a coach, I prioritize the power of parallel process to foster true collaboration, partnership, and skill-building. My goal is to amplify strengths and create meaningful connections with the individuals I serve. Staff and supervisors bring incredible knowledge and heart to this work, and partnering with them to fully embrace Miiwrap is one of the most rewarding aspects of what I do. I believe deeply in Miiwrap as a model that not only enhances job satisfaction for care coordinators but also empowers families to succeed and achieve their own visions.
